The Desktop Support Specialist is responsible for installing, modifying, maintaining, monitoring and making minor repairs to end-user technology on a local area network including supporting the server infrastructure and audio-visual equipment. The information technology support specialist performs a variety of maintenance, installation and training tasks, provides technical support to end users on all company-supported applications, troubleshoots computer problems, and completes project-based work.
