Lead Designer

/ What you'll do

The Lead Designer will:

  • Create graphics and design layouts for websites, infographics, social media ads, client-facing presentations, email newsletters, blogs, and marketing collateral.
  • Work with internal business partners to ensure that a creative theme is included throughout all presale proposals. Attend meetings as assigned.
  • Partner with internal business partners as needed on the development of communications pieces.
  • Maintain quality checks on all pieces.
  • Deliver the communication package within the agreed upon budget and timeline.
  • Creatively seek out new products and maintain cutting edge industry knowledge.
  • Collaborate with in-house departments to support campaigns and create design solutions.
  • Learn from industry leading designers, applying design theory to marketing campaigns with a range of programs from Adobe Illustrator to PowerPoint. Incorporate UI/UX best practices in website design and layout, and optimizing designs for mobile formats.

/ Your Background

We embrace diverse backgrounds, but at a minimum our ideal candidate fits the following profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent
  • Three (3) years of experience in Graphic Design or Digital Art, or closely related occupation
  • Including three (3) years of experience working with the following: design, layout and typography; Adobe Creative Suite; style guides; and brand identity for multiple clients.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
