The role of Senior Account Manager is to lead and maintain the relationship with your client(s) and guide the team members that work with you, providing overall direction and long-term growth opportunities. You will have a combination of a strategy-focused and tactically focused view on your personal accounts and will create conditions where others thrive and produce the best possible work. They will be an expert in their clients’ brand and business as well as being the purveyor of success on the PACIFIC-owned portion of the clients’ marketing program(s). The Senior Account Manager must run their day-to-day like their own personal business, as well as be aware of the overall profitability of the agency and department.

You will be a key member supporting PACIFIC’s approach to client management with existing high priority, heavy complexity clients, and seeking out opportunities for growth within your and your team’s accounts. As a senior team member of the Client Services team, you should also set an example for the team members below you in terms of strategic thinking, organization, relationship building, and financial focus.
