Digital Marketing Inside Sales Representative

Do you pitch to the executive suite?  Do you enjoy the thrill of winning deals against top tier agencies? Are you entrepreneurially-minded and love digital marketing?

An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making 50+ cold phone calls per day. The core responsibility for this role is to generate appointments through heavy cold outreach activities. Our ideal candidate will have experience selling digital marketing services such as Paid Media, SEO, and Content Marketing.

/ What you'll do

  • Hit or exceed your monthly new revenue quota (12 appointments per month)
  • Make 50 phone calls per day
  • Track and manage all sales activities in SalesForce
  • Utilize Outreach (sales engagement tool) for creating outbound email sequences
  • Run call and email campaigns to generate new sales prospects
  • Occasional face to face meetings with potential clients

/ Your Background

  • Knows the basics of Digital Marketing (SEO, PPC, Content Marketing, etc.)
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales (preferably hunter sales roles)
  • Knows cold calling / phone work – loves it – high need for achievement. Loves to compete and win
  • Enthusiastic and optimistic. Unfazed by rejection
  • Experience working with SalesForce.com
  • Experience working and succeeding in a quota and goal driven environment
  • Easily builds rapport and establishes relationships with prospects
  • Listens patiently. Will probe and clarify to get a real sense of customer’s needs
  • Goes over, under, around and through obstacles to achieve success
  • Sense of urgency and understands how to prioritize daily tasks
