We have a career-defining position available for an experienced Director of Human Resources. This position will work closely with an executive leadership team to define and deliver a 2023 HR plan and initiatives for the future. This position will work with a coordinator as a direct report, whose primary focus is recruitment across the organization, enabling the successful candidate to focus on the overarching strategy.

Job Type: Full-time / Salary: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year

/ What you'll do

The Director of Human Resources will be required to partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy. The Director of Human Resources will work with directors to help maintain a positive work environment and provide guidance in feedback, corrective action, and performance management. and legal compliance.

The Director of Human Resources also:

  • Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Manages multiple projects simultaneously
  • Provides employment and performance management advice
  • Leads the planning, evaluation, resourcing, and follow-up of engagement survey and 360 review-related activities
  • Resolves employee matters by applying relevant laws, policies, and best practices to mitigate risk

/ Your Background

  • MUST be available to support employees by maintaining Pacific or Mountain Time working hours (8 AM – 5 PM)
  • At least 7 years of progressive, professional HR experience with at least two years as HR Director/ Manager, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency and/or with digital marketing is a preferred, but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • PHR or SPHR or equivalent certification
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Strong organizational skills and proven attention to detail.
  • Experience working with a remote workforce
