PACIFIC Digital Group wins Seven Advertising Awards

PACIFIC won American Advertising Awards for its brand campaigns and graphic designs

PACIFIC Digital Group, the Discovery Agency, won seven American Advertising Awards for four brand campaigns. The agency is the fourth most awarded of the year.

Unboxing for Flights.com received bronze awards for Cross Platform Campaign and Virtual Reality Experience.

Take Over Your Layover for ebookers received a silver award in the category of Online Interactive Mobile Site.

The Flights.com Pins campaign won three silver awards in the categories of Print, Ambient Media, and Online Interactive Social Media Campaign.

Lastly, the agency took home the silver award for the design of the Flights.com logo.

“These recognitions show the importance of design in the storytelling of a brand campaign,” said George Stein, creative director at PACIFIC. “We’re thrilled to see our designs supporting award winning cross-channel campaigns.”

The campaigns all reflect PACIFIC’s One Story approach, telling a strong and connected narrative across multiple customer touch points along the buying journey. Each campaign integrates the disciplines the agency specializes in, including search, design, content, social media, paid media, amplification, and analytics.

PACIFIC accepted its awards at the 2018 San Diego American Advertising Awards Gala, held on March 16 at The Museum of Photographic Arts. Last year, the agency won eight awards across seven categories for four different client campaigns.

SDX, the San Diego chapter of the American Advertising Federation, presented 87 San Diego American Advertising Awards for excellence in 41 advertising, digital, and graphic design categories, selected from more than 200 entries. The American Advertising Awards is the advertising industry’s largest competition. Its mission is to recognize and reward the creative spirit of excellence in the art of advertising.
